ORDINARY ENTRANCE TICKET
The ordinary ticket contains data on the station of entry, the day, time and class of entry on a magnetic strip. These data are necessary for correct execution of the toll payment transaction at the exit station.
To this end, the customer is asked to take a few minimum precautions to prevent the ticket from getting lost or damaged during the journey, such as: placing it in a handy place, without folding it and without exposing it to heat or magnetic sources.
PRE-MAGNETISED TICKET
In the event that the issuing machine does not function properly, an adequate supply of pre-magnetised tickets is stored at each station, and handed over to the customer directly by the collecting staff.
TRANSIT CERTIFICATE
Customers can request a proof-of-payment receipt at either the manual or self-service door. Both certificates are not valid for tax purposes. Invoicing of tolls paid in cash or with bank cards must be requested by writing to Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. Ufficio Fatture Loc. Passalacqua 2/2 15057 Tortona (AL), or by downloading the appropriate form from www.asticuneo.it/en/forms.
TOLL NON-PAYMENT REPORT
When the toll is not paid (either in full or in part), a non-payment receipt is issued.
Invoicing of non-payment reports can be requested using the appropriate form.
In the event of ticket loss or failure to collect the entry ticket, a Non-Payment Report is issued at the exit station for the route corresponding to the farthest interconnected station, as stipulated in Art. 176, paragraph 16, of the current Highway Code. However, users have the right to prove their entry station.
