Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. promotes a culture of legality, according to a logic of zero tolerance towards any behaviours that do not comply with the ethical principles adopted by the company, and respect for the rules and regulations in force.

In this context, the Company has implemented a reporting management system (the so-called ‘Whistleblowing’), which provides for the use of a platform to ensure maximum protection and confidentiality of both the reporting persons and the subject of the reports.

This digital platform allows all stakeholders of SATAP S.p.A. (i.e. employees, collaborators, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have relations with the Company) to report, even anonymously, alleged or known violations of rules, laws, procedures and company policies, or of the values of the Company’s Code of Ethics.

The platform, managed by a specialised and independent third party, is a channel available 24/7, compliant with Standards ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 37001:2016, and also complies with the whistleblowing regulation (Law No. 179 of 30 November 2017), which requires companies to equip themselves with a channel for collecting reports of conduct constituting offences or violations to the Organisation, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

All reports are sent to the Internal Audit Manager (or to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, if the Internal Audit Manager is the subject of the report) and are handled confidentially and transparently through a pre-defined process. The Company guarantees the confidentiality of the reporting person and of the information transmitted, in order to protect the whistleblower against any form of retaliation or discrimination. The identity of the whistleblower, should they themselves choose to disclose it, will not be revealed in any circumstance without their consent.
